William Rhys Jones, MBChB, MRCPsych, MMedSc

Consultant Psychiatrist and Clinical Lead, Yorkshire Centre for Eating Disorders (YCED), Leeds.


Dr Rhys Jones is a consultant psychiatrist and clinical lead at the Yorkshire Centre for Eating Disorders in Leeds. He is an elected member of the executive committee of the Royal College of Psychiatrists' Faculty of Eating Disorders and chairs the national MARSIPAN (Management of Really Sick Patients with Anorexia Nervosa) dissemination group. His research interests include early intervention in eating disorders, severe and enduring eating disorders (SEED), dual diagnosis and physical risk management in eating disorders.

Sarfaraz Shora, MRCPsych, PGDip

Consultant Psychiatrist, Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust.


Dr Shora is a consultant psychiatrist for the psychiatric intensive care unit within Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. His clinical interests include psychosis, eating disorders and liaison psychiatry. His other interests are medical education, patient safety and quality improvement within NHS.
